    Where Do My Clients Park?

     

    Two parking lots exist across the street from our building. The city block is also lined with parking meters.

    What are the Building's hours of operation?

    We provide 24 hour access to our facilities. After 6:00 p.m. everyone must sign in.  There is no visitor access after hours without tenant authorization and visitor proper id.

    The management office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am. to 4:00 pm. on Friday.

    What are the hours of operation for the Air Conditioning?

    Our AC operates from 8:00 am. to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.

    Tenants may request overtime AC at $45.00 an hour.

    What are the rates and terms?

    We require a minimum 3 year lease. Current rates are $16.00 - $16.50. Tenant improvement dollars to be determined.
